At Tulja's Lab, Haili Liang mainly engaged in the field of population sex imbalance and mortality in China, especially in the never-married males in rural areas. At the same time, she focused on the effect of the rapid changes in the population’s educational structure on the social burden in China. In addition, she finished and submitted an interesting paper on life expectancy and the crude death rate.
