At Tulja's lab, I developed algorithms to analyze stochastic population dynamics and life histories of organisms in the COMADRE and COMPADRE databases. I modeled lifetime reproductive success (LRS) in R, and used these models to determine age-at-death, LRS, and various probabilities (such as LRS being 0 for organisms surviving to reproductive ages) and analyze data from primitive populations.
